HLX Tokenomics

HLX Coin is a new type of crypto currency called a Service Token.

Service tokens function similarly to a ‘digital escrow’ for data changes from inception over time forward. They encrypt item level data within the blockchain such as title, custody, & ownership for any digital or physical object.

COIN GOVERNANCE

  1. HLX Coins can only be transacted with once.

  2. Coins burn instantly upon completion of a transaction.

  3. Each Block of HLX contains 100 billion coins.

  4. HLX can be transferred between user wallets free of charge.

    • Transfers burn the HLX of the sender and issues new HLX to the receiver.

    • This process records the transfer on the blockchain without any impact to the value transferred.

  5. HLX coin has a par value of $3.00 USD.

    • BCHLX does not charge any processing fee to purchase HLX Coins, regardless of the payment method chosen.

    • Total Value of Capital Paid In = Total Value of HLX Acquired by User

    • Major Credit/Debit Cards, Fiat, & Crypto Currencies are all acceptable forms of payment.

  6. Subsequent Blocks of HLX are issued with a par value of $3.00 USD & 0.89 of the prior block HLX.

VALUATION DRIVERS

Service token value not based on trading volume or anticipated future value. As a utility token, the rendering of service or use is the primary driver of par value.

BCHLX blockchain is designed to capture & escrow item level data movements which is a process currently missing within most DeFi payment networks. With HLX Coin, the capital paid to acquire HLX is accrued in escrow until the user transacts with the HLX. This creates a digital escrow which is maintained within the user’s BCHLX wallet.

Par Value

HLX coin has a current par value of $3.00 USD. The par is derived from current value, current usage, & current circulation of HLX Coin across all layers of Web 3.0. HLX coin is deflationary, which means that existing HLX coins increase in value when subsequent blocks of HLX are released into circulation across the network.

Block Liquidity

As more users acquire and use HLX, the block liquidity will fall until the trigger threshold is met to release the subsequent block (currently zHLX) into circulation.

Current Block Liquidity Triggers are set at 89%.

When released, zHLX will retain a par value of 1 zHLX = $3.00 USD & 0.89 HLX.

The HLX block par value adjustment occurs again when yHLX is released, and will continue with each series there after as liquidity thresholds are met across the network.
